The bunad was launched in 1939 by Buskerud Bondekvinnelag. The bunad has a regular life form, where all the parts are embroidered.
The stack is in black or dark green wool and is folded. It has a red tip at the bottom, and a wool-roasted flower branch.
Life is in the same fabric as the stack, with narrow red edges. It is held together with silver buttons and silver chain for lacing. Both the embroidery and the back have embroideries, inspired by the decor of old furniture by Eiker.
The bunad has an embroidered belt, in the same color as the bunad by the way, with buckle in silver.
Embroidered bunad shirt in white linen. The opening at the front is sewn with austmann arena, knot stitch and attersting.
The lion has the shape of an old "rønkeøllelue" in silkebrokade. It is now located at Drammen Museum. Both the hat and the pocket are today sewn in the same fabric as the rest of the bunad.
Embroidered like the rest of the bunad
The cap is sewn in the same fabric as the bunad.
The stockings for the bunad are black.
